Concept/Story: The sort of vision that served as a muse throughout this song dealt with a giant machine coming to life and raiding a city while a child slept somewhere in the distance safe and sound. At some point the two would meet and interact. The machine would then continue on a war path destroying the town with the child on it's shoulder. In the end the child would wake up and run outside looking for the machine as if it were real, then realize it was all a dream until the child turned around and saw the city in ruins.
